Purposes and legal bases

Form, account and request data is used to answer requests, identify parts, contact you, manage accounts and statuses, and secure the service. Depending on the situation, the legal basis may include GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for steps requested before a possible contract, 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests in communication and security, and 6(1)(c) where a legal obligation applies.

Data and retention

We may process name, email, phone, Telegram, VIN and vehicle details, request content, B2B account data and technical security data. Ordinary test inquiries are generally retained for no more than 12 months after contact ends unless a longer period is legally required.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object where legitimate interest is the basis. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
